Just wanna say a massive thank you for everything you have done for our child. We wouldn’t be where we are if you didn’t help us. The staff work so hard with my child on everything – routine is key and this is something they do amazingly. I honestly cannot thank the staff enough, they work wonders with my child day in and day out. He has progressed so much during his time there and it’s the work the amazing ladies have done. Although I know my child will continue to progress in September I’m going to be so sad to say goodbye to them and they will be missed by myself, dad and my child very much. Thank you

Where do I start. you have been our rock for our child. Your support and care for him I will forever be grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better support teacher for our child. I am really pleased with the support our child receives. I feel my opinions and the information I provide is valued and useful in providing help for our child. Written inform is great to reflect on later and I also feel I can ask for more info. Communication is great and written reports very useful. I feel enough involved but also appreciate another’s professional opinion and thoughts/input. I have been very happy during my dealings in this area. Keep up the good work, it’s appreciated.

I am very happy with all the help our child has been given by the nursery. We feel very much involved and are very grateful for all the help given to our child.

All our childs needs are provided for fantastically and he has a good relationship with staff, especially his keyworker. My thoughts and concerns are always taken on board and any concerns are acted upon. The staff are always willing to answer any questions and keep me informed of his progress pretty much everyday. Thank you for all the support you gave!

The nursery provides exceptionally well, above and beyond my expectations given my son’s condition. I cannot fault anything, staff took on board changes as they happened. Exceptional care for my son. He couldn’t be in safer hands.

What should I do if I have a concern or complaint about the provision for my child?

In order to deal with your concern or complaint in the quickest and more straightforward way, we ask that you take a graduated approach:

a) Firstly speak to the key worker

b) If your concerns cannot be addressed by the keyworker then please contact the Headteacher via the school office and/or        SENCO

c) Finally, reference should be made to the school’s Complaints Policy should further action be deemed necessary.

We aim to deal with any complaints at the earliest opportunity. Your complaint will be acknowledged, usually within 10 working days. (In accordance with the Complaints Policy).
